The bookcase and contents were removed, rug switched out then furniture & accessories were brought in from other rooms.
Outdoor staging makes the first impression. If it's appealing and well maintained on the outside then you'll get those homebuyers in the door!
A custom floral design and a few accessories were brought in to add warmth to this hall bathroom.
Before this bookcase held family photos and favorite books. After, the staging now shows off the workmanship of the beautiful built ins.
The outdated sofa was slip covered & repositioned for better traffic flow, excess furniture removed and a few accessories were added.
The personal items were neatly stored, fresh linens and key accessories were added to this bathroom.
The outdated dark wallpaper was removed. I then chose a warm neutral paint color for dining room to freshen up the space.
The built in bookcase was staged, excess accessories were packed up and this family room now has a sense of calm.
